Join us at a North Saanich Floral Farm for a hands-on tulip floral workshop that honours the iconic tulip. Drawing inspiration from the opulent still-life paintings of the Dutch Masters—who captured lavish, dramatic, moody, and slightly asymmetrical floral compositions—we'll create lush, artistic arrangements with tulips as the shining star, paired with complementary spring blooms.

Participants receive personalized, hands-on guidance in key floral design principles:

• Composition, color harmony, balance, and layering
• Mechanics and thoughtful stem placement for dramatic effect
• Incorporating height variation and achieving that signature "painterly" look through careful consideration of light and shadow
